Please see attached files. I used to be able to change our user attributes in the Admin Console. The first attachment shows that. Now, for everyone but me, the attributes are gone, even the other admins that are all part of the same group as me. The second attachment show where the tab is now missing. I am now unable to go in and change a setting that tells Laserfiche where to send emails from Outlook. The folder path is incorrect but without the user attributes I can't change that (3rd attachment).

Hi Robyn,
Please confirm you have the Manage Trustees privilege. It looks like things are disabled for you which is generally due to rights.

I'm running into this issue, but I do have the Manage Trustees privilege. Any other troubleshooting I can do?

Hi Robyn,
Make sure you are looking at users or the everyone group - Laserfiche groups will not display this tab. Otherwise, the manage trustee privilege should be sufficient. If that's not cutting it, something else might be going on.

Thanks Justin, turns out it was because I didn't have the Manage Repository Configuration privilege.
