Are Public Groups the Only Groups for Form FAQs?

Hi Laserfiche,

Just doing some tests. It seems that I can set a group as Public, attach it to a Forms process then set the group as Private. Doing so seems to leave the process linked to the group through the FAQs. However, if I set a group as a Private before selecting it, I'm unable. Is there something amiss or am I doing something I'm not suppose to?

Yes, only public groups will be available in Forms FAQs.

Xiuhong, I meant to say..

After setting the group from Public to Private, it still appears in the Form's view, not just in the Publication cofiguration screen, so appears to be a work-around to the "Public-only" intention.
