While rescanning specific pages of documents we receive an "Invalid Pointer" error. Here is the steps to reproduce the problem.
- Select the Scan button from Web Access.
- This brings up the dialog box asking to choose Basic or Standard mode. Choose Basic (the same problem may happen in Standard mode, we have not tried that)
- We use a Fujitsu fi-7180 scanner.
- Choose to Perform OCR on the document. We use the built-in Omnipage OCR.
- Scan a document that has multiple pages (our document has 6 pages)
- Select any page (we select the 3rd page).
- Rescan that one page.
The "Invalid Pointer" error occurs and the page does not rescan.
