Just confirming before I make any changes.  Below is what I'm seeing in the WebAccessConfig.xml file.  So the giant password below needs to be replaced with the actual password and the APIAccountID giant entry needs to be replaced with actual APIAccountID.  I didn't see APIUserEmail so should I create it?  Thanks!

Yes, you should add the APIUserEmail. That may be why the Request Signature option is not currently appearing in the UI.

The whole section looks like it's currently encrypted, so it seems someone started the setup process then encrypted it, but since the APIUserEmail is missing, they didn't finish the setup.

Are you on Web Access 10 or 10.1? If so, you can actually edit the DocuSign settings directly through the Web Access Config page, under Services  > DocuSign Integration (it's the last section).

If you are on 9.x, then you can either wipe out the encrypted values and set APIAccountIdEncrypted="false", OR run  WebAccessConfigEncryptionToggle.exe to decrypt it. The encryption toggle should be in the same folder as your config file; if not, you can contact support to get a copy of the file.
