We have been experiencing an infrequent problem where  active users lose their named user status (and authentication).   It is as if someone unchecked the directory named user checkbox from the AdminConsole.   The corrective action is simple enough (checking the box), but we are wondering what is causing this anomaly.   We use Windows AD accounts and operate multiple repositories.   We run 9.2 and use work flow and forms.   Has anyone else had similar experiences?
