Forms upload file to embedded in PDF

hi to all

we are trying to embedded forms upload (attachment : Passport Size Photo) in PDF is some one tried ? or any idea how it is possible ?

note: we use Fill Out PDF Form Activity from activity in workflow to get all forms details "Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content" Activity.

I am not sure if i understand correctly. Are you using some information in forms to fill pdf using workflow then you would like to embed that pdf into form?

hello Junaid

yes i am using forms information to fill the PDF and Forms attachment also need to embedded to same PDF.

Example : -

1. Certificate file in PDF format

2. Certificate required field for example (Employee ID,name , Issue Date, Expiry Date, Passport Size Photo.

3. forms contain all this fields and after complete all forms process i am generating PDF file using Laserfiche Workflow.

4. i am able to generate the following fields from Forms (Employee ID,name , Issue Date, Expiry Date)

5. query is how Passport size photo(Forms "File Upload") in PDF ?
