In previous version of audit trail when making a graph report the graph would have the total of the columns at the top. Currently with version 10 this seems to have been removed. Is there a way to add this feature back in?

The behaviour has changed in Audit Trail 10 and 10.1, now the total of each column is shown in the tool tip when hovering mouse over each column (or when hovering over each data point in a Line Chart).
SCR 143809 has been filed, and we'll look into adding this feature back. What would be the specific scenarios that you're expecting this feature? What Event Type and Columns are most commonly used and would be helpful to have a more straightforward indication of total number in the graph report?
In this situation there is a report done every week for auditing to see how many documents/pages have been imported in by a specific user. This graph is usually sent to another person for reviewing so they would not have to estimate how many documents/pages were imported in.
Thanks for specifying the use case, we'll look into adding this feature back.
Would it be possible to use the previous version of audit trail with the newer version of the server in this case?
I've verified that Audit Trail 9.2.1.635 (9.2.1 Service Pack 2) could import and report audit data from a 10 or 10.1 server. Audit Trail and Laserfiche Server may need to be installed on separate machines.
Which version of Audit Trail are you expecting to use with 10 or 10.1 server? Note if using a much early version of Audit Trail, there could be major database schema update that prohibits usability with later version of server.
Just a note, they'll definitely need to be installed on different machines - otherwise one will try to upgrade the other. You'll probably want to do a fresh import with the earlier (9.2.1) audit trail reporter, not try to read the tables created by the 10.1 reporter.
