I have a Customer Flight Notification form that could be submitted towards the end of the work day, for example 4:30 PM. Our users who work 8-5 are not required to respond to this notification prior to their leaving for the day. Their response can wait until 8AM the following morning.
The initial notification is not an issue, it's the timer event which will remind each user in 3 hours to complete this task. I'd like to delay the reminder email if the event the time is past 5PM.
Any ideas?
