Question

DocuSign connector

asked on May 3, 2016 Show version history

Are there any installation files for the DocuSign connector or is it just an update of the license file and configuration of Web Access?  Please provide more information about how I can get this working.

Thanks,
Sandy

Ah I didn't realize you were looking at the 9.1 package. The DocuSign integration is only in packages that contain Web Access. In 9.1, Web Access was included in Laserfiche Rio and an optional component in Laserfiche Avante, so it wasn't actually in the Laserfiche Avante 9.1 package. You'll want to look in the standalone Laserfiche Web Access 9.1 package. That seperate package isn't there for 10 and 10.1 since now Web Access is just part of the Laserfiche Avante package.

So you can either look in the Web Access 9.1 package, or just grab the latest Laserfiche Avante 10.1 package off of the support site and install the DocuSign integration from that.

Hi Sandy,

The DocuSign integration is in the 'Web Import Services' installation package. https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Integrations/Content/LaserficheImportWebServices.htm has all the information on installing and configuring it.

I don't mean to be dense but is the Web Import Services installation files a separate download if s would you please send me the link because I can't seem to find it in the downloads on your support site or are they part of the Laserfiche install?  I'm not seeing that as an option.

To install the Laserfiche Web Import Services

  1. On the Welcome to the Laserfiche Web Import Services Setup Wizard step, click Next.

They are part of the Laserfiche install. For example, in the Laserfiche Avante or Laserfiche Rio 10.1 packages, run the autorun.exe and select 'additional components'. The install for DocuSign will be there. Note that 9.0.2 is the most recent version of the DocuSign installation, but it's included in all current Laserfiche packages.

This is what I'm seeing.

Under Optional Components

This is where it's supposed to be correct?

The DocuSign import service can be installed anywhere that it can access both DocuSign and the Laserfiche Server. It doesn't specifically need to be installed on the Web Access server machine, although it can.
