Yes, when you are in the Save to Repository settings in the Process Diagram in Forms, if you have upload fields on the form, you will see different tabs where you set the document name, etc. After selecting a tab you have the ability to name the attachment, give it a path, volume, and the relationship.
Thanks. I selected Attachment in relationship and that does not seem to work. Should I select Superseds or something please?
What do you mean by "did not work?" Did you get an error, or did it behave differently than you expected (and if so, what was the behavior)?
Edit: for general information on what document relationships are, see the help files.
I mean that when the form gets stored in repository, the form and the attachments are not linked. WHen I go to "Links" tab, it is empty. I expected that it will have links to all the attachments.

What version of Forms are you using? Is the status of Save to Repository service task step completed?
Has this question been answered? i've been looking for a way to have the uploads (attachments) merge at the end of the form when saved to the repository so that it's 1 file. I'm not sure what document relationship "supersede" or "supersede by" does. does anyone know?
For general information on what document relationships are, see the help files and admin help files.
Document relationship information is stored with the entries, and is available when viewing the document in the document viewer and folder browser, as well as in search.
Document relationships use a word or phrase of description to help you categorize your documents and keep track of related documents. This feature is primarily intended for integrations.
The relationship type are simply one way of labelling the documents, specifically their relation to one another.
When Document A is marked as superseded by Document B, Document B will be granted the "reverse" relationship of supersedes. Document relationships can be set up to use the same label in both directions (e.g., both labelled as related) or have two different labels (e.g., attachments and attached to, or superseded)
Superseded/superseded by is the only type that has an additional meaning: it has specific use by Records Management features. However, it can also be used as a simple label for non-record documents.
