I am trying to configure the Email Approval Server tab in the Laserfiche Forms Server Configuartion page.
I was able to finally figure out our IMAP server configuration to allow direct approvals. However, in the Email Approval Server settings, i am getting the error message "The test email failed because: LOGIN failed."
Now i know i have the mailbox inputted correctly as well as the password. I suspect the IMAP server (our exchange 2010 server) is wanting the authentication in the form of "domain\username" not "username@domain.sk.ca"
Any ideas anyone?
