We are wanting to go paperless on our City Commission meeting agenda packet. Here are the items that we need to address.

Tablet use to view agenda packet – can be iPad or android based

Easy to use – icon on tablet that commissioner click and it brings up most current agenda

Need capability to add notes or highlight the agenda packet during the meeting or at home prior to the meeting. I don’t know how this would affect other commissioner’s view. They would probably not want to see each other’s notes. That could get busy on the screen and confusing I would think.

Agenda packet consists of agenda and lots of supporting documents so want to be able to see item in the agenda and click on it to open the supporting document. They do not want to have to scroll up and down through the document during the meeting.

Would need to be web-based so that when the Commissioners are not in the office they can still access the agenda packet.

We currently have Laserfiche 9.2 and WebLink 9
