time picker does not print on form

I have a time picker in one of my forms for start time and end time.  However, the time selected does not print to the form.  So I can't see the times picked when I need to approve or reject the form. 

 

Any ideas?

Did you add the time picker by custom JavaScript? Can you post it here so we can figure it out?

And by "print to the form" did you mean the read-only form like the submitted form?
