How to print a listing of documents in a folder.

Is it possible to print out a listing of documents that are in a folder? 

 

For example, a root folder named Clerk, and the documents inside named

 

Jan 01

Jan 02

Jan 03 etc....

 

Print out a report with just file names, and or print a report with file names and meta data?

In the desktop client, do File->Download->Download Report (or File->Export->List contents if you are using 9.1 or older).

In Web Access 10.x, select the folder and run the Generate Report command (or Export->List contents in Web Access 9.2 or older).

This will create a report based on the currently displayed entry listing columns, so you can customize the columns to show the information you want in the report.
