Show/hide field outside table/collection based on field inside table/collection is not supported, it is because there may be multiple items for the table/collection, so it can't decide which value to base on for the field rule: for example, for your checkbox inside table, if you add new item for the table, in one item you check Yes for the checkbox, but in other item you check No, it can't tell whether to show or hide the field.
