In the event the server has been down for a while, and there are a number of suspended Forms instances as a result, it would be nice to have the ability to retry all suspended tasks at once once everything is back up (we only had a handful in this instance, and retrying all of them wasn't a big deal, but this would be really helpful with larger organizations handling more submissions than we do).
