word doc text extraction Issue

Hi,

I have a word document in LF Repo. When i generate Searchable text it doesn't include text from header and footer. Is there a way i can extract all text from word doc. 

i have tried all options but it doesn't work. Could somebody please help me with this.

This is a known issue with the Word IFilter. See this Microsoft bug report (it refers to SQL Server, but it's about the text extracted through the IFilter): some versions of Word document are not properly extracted.
