We recently updated a Form field that will search our database as we begin typing in a clients name.  I have had 3 different reports that when they are using Chrome their window turns black and they either have to refresh the page or completely close out of Chrome.  This only appears to be happening in Chrome and we have cleared their cache settings but that didn't seem to elevate the issue.  Has anyone else ever seen this when Forms is performing a DB lookup and what setting in Chrome may be causing this to happen.  This does not happen in IE, so in order to submit that Form these users must use IE.
