When will registration be available for the special hotel rates for Empower 2017

We should have all the links avaliable in the first or second week of May, so check back then.
If you call the hotels direct they have the block reserved... that's what I did :)

We've set up the registration for the special rates. You can find the list of hotels, their rates, and the distance from the convention center here. If you would like to make a reservation at any of the hotels on this list, simply click on the name of the hotel, and you will be taken to their booking page where you can create your reservation.

I'm trying to reach out to anyone who might be cancelling their hotel reservations for Empower, because they are booked everywhere. I didn't know I was going until this weekend. Can you tell me if there is another forum for that or if posting here is the best option?

Hi Kerri,
As reservations are handled individually, we do not know, and cannot tell you, who may be cancelling their hotel reservations. We did update our Hotels document in early December; we recommend trying to book outside the Empower block, or the Residence Inn still has rooms available.
As to your question about another forum, I think this is as good as any other.

Hello, I just found out that I will be able to attend the Empower 2017 conference, but all of the hotels are booked. If any of you find out you will be cancelling, would you please email me at kcraig@horseshoe-bay-tx.gov or text me at 830-637-0428? The hotels said that if I know when someone is cancelling I might have a chance at booking their room. Thanks and happy new year! Kerri
You might get more visibility if you made your own post in the Empower Group
