I am interested if there are any organizations currently using Laserfiche Forms and Workflow to handle initial documentation of, and routing for non-conforming products/services within their organization?

We have a very paper based process that is under evaluation for use in Laserfiche.  I'm looking for some recommendations/best practices from anyone who may have done the same.  Thank you.
