web access 8.3.2 drag and drop

I have a customer using web access 8.3.2 and IE 10 they can not drag and drop a file into Laserfiche.  Any thoughts.

To use this feature, you will need to upgrade Web Access to at least 9.0: dragging and dropping files from your desktop into Web Access was not supported until Web Access 9.

It's listed as a new feature in the Web Access 9.0 New Features KB.

Thanks I guess you cant depend on what the customer says all the time.

What error do they get John?
Does it occur for one end user only?
One file only?
Are you able to reproduce the issue on the Web Access server itself using localhost?  If so, what message do you get there?

Was answered with previous post feature not available until version 9
