I'm looking for a way to quickly point a user to one of the videos listed via direct hyperlink. Is there a way to do that? So far it looks like the address stays the same no matter the filter or active window.

It was actually pretty tough to track down, but I was able to do it by looking at the networking requests via my browser's developer tools. The video you referenced above is at this location:

As an addendum, if you do want a direct link, linking to the html will include closed captions and on-screen annotations that otherwise would be missing when linking directly to the video file:
