Creating email from Laserfiche stuck on 100% and not able to close

Hi, 

Not sure if there is a post regarding this or perhaps searching incorrectly. 

The client experiencing issues where the user is in Laserfiche and then they right click on it and create the email. This then gets stuck on 100% and not able to close the little window. What can i do to resolve it?

Hi Gert,

 

Normally this creates an email (which doesn't always pop up into view) but will be flashing on the task bar. What you could also try, if you have a document on the desktop, right click and select Send to>Mail Recipient and see if that works ok. LF uses the same technology behind this command. If you see this hanging it's likely an issue with Office or the users windows profile.

Chris is right. Almost every time our helpdesk gets this call, it is a simple matter of having them check the Windows taskbar for an email that got created but didn't make it to the foreground. The email progress dialog appears frozen in LF until the outlook email is sent or closed.
