I ran into an issue with a customer today where there was missing functionality in the Scan Toolbar. (See attached screenshots.) It only gives Automatic and Black/White as options.
The Scanner is a Fujitsu fi-5530c2dj.
I did some troubleshooting, made sure the scanner was on TWAIN, which they always had used before, and worked fine last week.
I went onto another computer that is working and it had a 9.24.8.0 driver, and the computer with basic scanning functions has the 9.24.10.0 driver.
Are there any known issues with the 9.24.10.0 driver?
