Forms email error

Hello-  When I clicked the Submit button, it gives me a generic error saying "Laserfiche Forms has encountered an internal error. Please try again.' Could you please provide a list of possible causes for this, I do not even know where to look. Thank you.

Hello Aya,

What version of Laserfiche Forms are you using? If you are using Forms 9.2.1 or earlier, then please check the Windows Logs > Application event log in the Windows Event Viewer on the Forms server computer for any Forms errors that occurred at the same time you tried to submit the form. If you are using Forms 10, then please check the Applications and Services Logs > LFForms event log in the Windows Event Viewer on the Forms server computer for any errors occurring at submission time.

Let us know what error might be getting reported there.

We were able to resolve this issue with the assistance of our VAR.
