LFE Links not opening on Mobile (iOS App v. 10.0.618)

Hi,

I have a client that is having issues opening .lfe links from their email in this iOS mobile app.  This is happening for all users, though I was only able to confirm the app version with the user I connected with.

The user described the issue as if the app association with the file type isn't occurring.  It just states that it "cannot open a file of this type".  It doesn't attempt to launch the Laserfiche Mobile app.

These emails are being sent via the Laserfiche Client "Email Document" function.

iOS App 10.0.618

Hi Eric,

 

This is a known issue on iOS Laserfiche app 10.0 and has been fixed on 10.1, please upgrade the app from App Store, thanks.

Internally we are unable to open .LFE files through the mobile app.  When I try and do the open in, it tries to open the document and put it in the offline documents area.  When I hit the Open in option, I don't get just the Laserfiche App it says "Copy to Laserfiche".  Not sure why this is happening and I am using the iOS version of the mobile app.

Hi Derick, 

For the 2 issues you mentioned here, to open .lfe shortcut on iOS app indeed will have to choose Open In button and select Copy to Laserfiche. As for opening shortcut in Offline Document before sign-in, we already fixed this issue and will be included in next app update.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
