Error - JSON: undefined - Web Access 10

Hi, have an issue with Laserfiche Web Access (v10.0.5.275). 

Click on a folder that I know contains like a 100 documents, works fine in the regular desktop LF client, but, in Internet Explorer v11.0.9600.18282, I'm getting a window with the following text:

Error - JSON: undefined

(or, see attached screen shot)

Anyone else getting this error in LF Web Access v10? Report it as bug?

Please open a support case so we can troubleshoot this.

The error went away after applying the Web Access 10.1 update.

I will raise the support case with our VAR.

What was the solution here? I have a client in cloud who is having this error pop up when applying a template and trying to save it.
