Users are receiving this error within Weblink 8.2.2 when they attempt to open a document,

Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances. (Exceptions from HRESULT: 0x80131401)

Have you seen the MS support article about it? I don't recall which .Net framework WebLink 8.2.2 used, so I'm not sure it applies. You can check the framework version in the application pool settings. WebLink 9 definitely uses version 4, so that's one possible resolution.

Upgraded to Weblink 9 and it resolved the issue.
