Exporting and Importing Workflows - Configuration Lost

Hi,

I've been regularly importing workflows recently that have been exported from my test system. I'm noticing that in many cases the configuration of some of the activities is being lost, namely:

  • Attachments in email notifications - the attachment details must be re-entered
  • Token calculator - tokens need to be reconfigured within this activity
  • When using the route to folder activity the wait condition and email config information is lost.

 

I'm exporting from Workflow 10 to Workflow 9 - I appreciate this may not be supported but maybe there should be a warning during the import process? Exporting from 9 and importing to 10 seems OK.

Ideally everything would be on the same version but in practice (with production systems) it's more difficult.

Moving workflows from a newer version to an older version is not supported.
