Is there a way to extract data e.g. all users or licensed machines from the license manager? If it is possible can it be imported into Excel or SQL?

You can export a list of all named users and named devices by going to Named Users and Devices and clicking on "Export List" on the right-hand side:

I recommend choosing "Comma Delimited (*.csv)" for the format to simplify opening the file in Excel or importing it into SQL.

You can export the list of registered machine for specific applications in a similar manner.

License Manager uses SQLite databases, so if you can write an integration that reads SQLite databases, then yes.

This is a bit simpler in Directory Server, which uses full SQL or SQL Express.
