I totally understand what you are stating.

I was attempting to evaluate and convert the value/points per answer and add that value in one step being that is what way my QF session sends back in the metadata. QF only returns alphanumeric values and I rely on the WF to do the rest.

At the end of the day, I was able to get the process working correctly with the assistance VAR's  staff (OSDS located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Their website is, wait...can I do that here?). Anyway, the solution was not as intuitive as other solutions in the suite.

I will update this post with the solution later today.
