search results panes

After the update to version 10 of Laserfiche Client, I am having trouble with the search panes.  I get the results, but the other pane that had the context hits, is not coming up.  I cannot find it in view, or tools to open it.  Where did it go?

Hi Mary,

 

Context Hits only displays when the search is running on Document Text. If it's just looking for field values or non-document text items, it will not show up.

 

If it's on the far bottom of your page like:

 

, you can drag it up into the viewing area by hovering over the top border and waiting for the cursor to change to arrows.

Hi Mary,

 

Note, you will only get context hits when text searching.
