I configured Web Import Services with account (Docusign) to file pdf documents from Docusign into Laserfiche. Docusign is Laserfiche account, configured to generate pages when new pdf document imported into Laserfiche. When I login as this user (Docusign) in Laserfiche client and import pdf, pages generated as they should. However when new document is imported by Web Import Services (Docusign Connector), pages are not generated. Please advise. Thank You

Question
Docusign Connector Account imports pdf, but does not generate pages

Hey Travis,
Currently, our DocuSign Integration doesn't support PDF page generation for documents imported from a DocuSign transaction. This is true regardless of the settings on the Laserfiche repository account that the integration uses. Support for PDF generation would need to be added to the DocuSign Integration itself.
I'll take this request back to the team, and we can look into it for a future release.
Thanks for the feedback!
Hello -
We're running into an issue directly related to this, so I'd like to give some specific examples of where it can really get confusing for users:
1) A PDF in the repository (with pages already generated) is sent to DocuSign, gets signed and is then returned, replacing the existing unsigned PDF with the signed PDF in the document. But since pages were generated pre-signature, the pages now don't match the PDF - when a user opens the document in Web Access, it displays the image pages by default (which don't have the signature), and the user has to choose to display the PDF to see the signature.
2) A Laserfiche native (tiff) document in the repository is sent to DocuSign, gets signed and is returned to the original document as a signed PDF; however the pre-signature image pages still exist, so the user gets the same result as the previous example - the PDF has the signature, but the pages do not.
We have been working around this by deploying a workflow that watches for documents returned from DocuSign and removes any previously existing image pages, but this obviously isn't ideal since users usually want image pages with their PDF's if they originally had them, and would have to manually generate them if they want new ones that include the signature.
We wanted to see if there is any chance that adding page generation to the DocuSign Integration is still on the table.
Thanks - Jim
Thanks Ryan,
I did find a partial workaround using QF Laserfiche Capture to generate pages and then Workflow to combine them, but I can not automate it as we do not have QF agent to automatically run, just 2 x QF cores so it must be done manually. Any other workarounds or suggestions you may have?

Hello Traves,
can I have a sample copy of config file of web import services (DocusignConnect Service)? I am able to send the document for sign using DocuSign connector but I am not able to save the signed copy back to the repository.
Note: this is my first time working with DocuSign Connector.
