how we can archiving the photo ? we need to archive photo in same quality and less size in repository

Hi Banan,

There is no utilities within Laserfiche to compress images, when import the document/photo into Lasefiche it will be imported 'as is'. You would need to use some other 3rd party software like photoshop or similar to change the picture properties.

Like Chris said, you may find outside utilities to compress the image to give you a smaller size. However, smaller size comes at the expense of quality. You can't change the size and keep the quality the same.
