Good Day all

I need to find out if it is possible to assign Laserfiche Forms teams, based on certain tokens used by Forms and is there a way to use Laserfiche Groups as teams (without going to create all the teams manually)?

I have a scenario where I have to approve credit notes based on a Location (different cities). For each city there is a different team of users to whom this task need to be assigned to.

So I want one form with one business process to assign the task and not to repeat the business process 30 times.

You cannot currently dynamically assign user tasks to Forms teams.

You will need to create the different teams manually in Forms. LF Groups will not translate.

For the routing, Blake is right - you can't dynamically assign tasks to teams. You could create a User Task, set it all up, and then copy it as many times as needed for the different teams. Then you can use an Exclusive Gateway to route to a different User Task based on a City.
