i am trying to download following hot-fix from support site but i am not able to Download.

What message do you get?
I just tested it with IE11 and was able to download the two zip files?

Go to another browser on another machine and try again.

hello Raymond

i am able to download the other hot-fix from same page but not able to download the following hot-fix from same page. when i click on link it is asking for Login Credential but after provide Login information nothing happen.please try

We're looking into it. Thank you for reporting it.

Update: The file is no longer available for download due to 3rd party components that we can't widely distribute. If you need the entire installation rather than just the patch files, please contact Tech Support to obtain it.
