forms doesn't create pdf

Hello,

I use Forms 10, I have created a form but when I submit it I get the thank you page with the preview but nothing is saved in the repository.

Here is the Laserfiche forms log from the Windows Events Viewer :

The french message could be translated like that : "The PDF files generator can't reach the Laserfiche Forms server. Please check that SSL settings are set."

FYI, I don't use SSL. Do I need to configure it ?

Hi Mazahir, I'm working with Moana on the same project. Moana is gone and I resume his work.

He didnt resolve this issue.

I looked-up on Forms Server Settings and it looks good.

Actually some forms are submitted and others no but this is the same form. I don't understand why.

Do you have another clue?

Hi Mazahir,

thanks for your answer, indeed I didn't type the port in the URL Forms Server settings. But I've got another issue.

Now LF create a document in the repository but there is no picture nor electronic document so when I open the new document, there is nothing to see and I don't have any error in the Windows Events Viewer.

I think that it is linked to the first error where the error message talks about the PDF files generator.

any clue ?

Hi Moana, I am also in the same predicament.

I was initially getting the PDF generator Error and I am also seeing PDF's being saved with missing images in the repository

Did you ever get to resolve this issue?
