LF connector configuration opens in runtime only mode

I upgraded my LF 9 Connector to v10, activated it and copied the new licenses to the Connector folder to replace the old. Whether I launch Connector 9 or 10 Configuration, it says across the top of the Application

"Laserfiche Connector Configuration - Runtime only"

so I'm unable to create any new connections.

Is this a licensing issue? Looking for some direction for resolution.

Yes, that's because you're licenses are not valid - they presumably say version 9 instead of 10. It's weird that you needed to copy your licenses manually, didn't the installation prompt you to reactivate during install when you selected to install the profile creation wizard? 

Uninstall and reinstall while selecting the profile creation wizard and activate the new license.
