Has anyone experience the follow issue/error--if so, what steps were taken to resolve it (if any):

When attempting to open/access a Laserfiche saved file from link within an email, the user receives the error message "File Not Found". The the document opens as read-only. The user cannot save their edits back into the original file in Laserfiche--template functionality is grayed out. Interestingly, the user does have access and full rights in the folder the document is saved in. In fact, when opening the file directly from the folder they are able to edit and save their changes to the original file.

Our staff uses the 2013 version of Outlook and other Office products. We currently run Laserfiche Rio, recently updated to version 9.2.1.673 (this update did not solve the problem).

Our organization uses Laserfiche's collaborative tools heavily, and sharing documents via emailed links is an integral part of that process. Any insight to finding a solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
