Currently we have a WorkFlow with a "Retrieve Field Values" object that is followed by a "Route Entry" object. The "Route Entry object's e-mail has re-send checked and the body references comments stored as a multi-value field in the template. The email references other metadata fields as well but they are not likely to change after "Retrieve Field Values" but the comments could.  The e-mail prompts for changes to Metadata fields for the exit condition to be met.

How do I ensure that any metadata fields changed during the "Route Entry" object's wait are included in follow up emails?
