We are having issues with our signature fields being filled out at certain stages of a forms journey through the process model.
For background on the issue, simply our forms;
- Have a form initiator (assistant manager e.g.) who fills in a form (appraisal form for this example) and then send it on to the Reviewer (Manager) who checks the form signs it and sends it onto Head Office (me).
- Seen in our process model attached, each form can be sent back for amendments at two different stages. Firstly the Initiator (assistant manager) can have a form sent back by the Reviewer (Manager) and this is highlighted using Red and Blue Circles below.
- Secondly once the Reviewer (Manager) sends it to us the Head Office (me) we can return it with comments and ask for it to be re-submitted; highlighted in Green. It will go back to the Initiator and again onto the Reviewer again.
With all the above in mind and the below ticked (an update on Signatures) we are still having major issues getting the signatures to be carried over from User to User including when a form is sent back for amendments.
