Forms over Wi-fi

We have a customer using Forms 10. When they are hard-wired to their network, Forms works great. If they switch to wi-fi on the same device, a form will take up to 25 seconds to appear. What steps can we take to increase speed when using wi-fi. Forms and Laserfiche are both version 10 and on the same server.

We had a similar issue where certain computers on a customer's network would take extreme amounts of time to load on forms 10. The issue turned out to be issues with legacy NetBIOS/LMHOSTS lookups not working for those parts of the network. For our instance, just disabling LMHOSTS and NetBIOS over TCP/IP on the forms server resolved the issue. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc733032.aspx goes over how to do that.

I don't know if this is your issue, but it did help us.

Unfortunately, this was not our issue. All of our other Laserfiche web applications work fine over the wi-fi. Forms is the only one that seems to be affected. Anyone else have any ideas? We have a support case going but if anyone else has suggestions, please send them along.
