Deleted Workflow with Active Instances

I'm working on some cleanup on our workflow server and have come across a significant number of active instances of a workflow that no longer exists.

Attempting to terminate the instances produces the error "Workflow with id .... not found in state persistence store.

Any ideas on how I can remove these instances so they no longer show up in search results for active instances?

Have your reseller open a case with Tech Support. They can provide a utility to clean up these instances and instructions on how to use it.

   I just ran the tool provided by my VAR (Laserfiche.Workflow.Database.Cleaner) but it did not resolve the problem.

   It appeared that this tool was only searching for existing workflows (even when the "target all workflows" option was selected).

   In my case, the problem is that the Workflow itself has been deleted.

   Below are the settings I used with the tool.
