Tablet Access to Docusign via Web Access

Hello all,

I've noticed that not all Web Access features work from a tablet, under the native mobile version or the "Request Desktop View" version. Has anyone got any experience with executing a DocuSign process from a tablet? I'm on Android so am hopeful to hear positive stories there but am keen to hear about Apple experiences too.

Hi Ben,

Sorry for the late reply! We were a bit bogged down on the Web Access team preparing for the upcoming Laserfiche 10.1 release.

The 'Request Signature with DocuSign' feature in Web Access is supported from tablets. We tested against both Andriod and iOS tablets, so the feature will work regardless of platform.
