I have an add a field workflow I want to run it against all documents in the repository and have it add it. How would you accomplish that

I have built a add a field workflow. I am trying to manually run it against the entire repository. I am having an issue it will only allow one level folder at a time to run it against. Is there a way to run it against the entire repository at once?

I'm assuming you're using Find Entries?

The best way to do this would be to take advantage of the multi-threaded architecture of Workflow and have it invoke itself on subfolders to propagate the changes down.
