Laserfiche Users created in Directory Server are not able to login to Forms

After performing an upgrade from version 9.2 to version 10, i created my laserfiche users & assign them full license in the Directory Server in order to grant them access to several repositories without consuming additional licenses since i don't have an Active Directory Domain Controller.

At this stage, and after adding them to my repositories as Laserfiche Directory Accounts, i am able to login to Laserfiche Client & Web Access successfully, but i am not able to login to Forms where i am getting an error message as follows "User1 is not a read/write named user", knowing that these users are assigned Full License in Laserfiche Directory Server.

Any idea how to get through this ?
