When I am running a Workflow process I would like the option to only create one new version of the document regardless of the number of changes in the workflow.

E.g.

- I have a document that Workflow is processing

- Workflow renames the entry

- Then it changes the owner

- Then it sets the template and sets 3 fields

When Workflow is complete there are now 5 new versions of the document, I want one version with all changes.

One solution would be to create a new action that would "lock" the document so that a new version is created only when the document is unlocked.
