How to change Forms URL that is given in notification emails

asked on March 22, 2016

My client is having an issue where when a new form is submitted, and it notified a user through email, the link it gives to click on has the servername (http://servername/forms  etc.) They want it to have the DNS name they have given the server instead (http://docs.clientwebsite.org/forms  etc.) in the links in the emails that are sent. Is there a way to change what URL Forms puts into the emails? Also, the DNS is up and accessible, and forms does load fine when using the DNS name. Forms is at verison 10.

You can change the Primary Forms Server from Configuration Site to use the DNS name, this means some internal processing for Forms itself(through Laserfiche Forms Routing Service) will access the resources using DNS name as well.
