Web Access 10 Importing PDF problem

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if it is suppose to be a problem or not, but I am importing PDF files to laserfiche through Web Access 10, and in my configuration I put to not maintain the pdf (convert to tiff) and also convert those images in monochrome. It is importing everything fine, however , it is maintaining the pdf file too, instead of only the tiff image like in the older version of WA. Is there any configuration that I can do to to work as before?

Web Access 10.1 is now released and contains the fix for this issue.

This is a known bug that will be fixed in the next release (bug id 139140). The workaround is to select the document and use Advanced->"Manage Electronic File" to delete the pdf from the document.

This may not be the case, but go to your form's Publish tab and make sure that the "Save a copy of each submitted form to repository" isn't checked.
