I've enabled the "Save as Draft" option on a form. I can find the form in Inbox > Drafts just fine. But I'm not receiving an email with a link to the form. Any idea why an email isn't being sent?

Are you using windows Authentication to login into Laserfiche Forms? or are you using Laserfiche Repository Users? Depending on the authentication process the email address information is retrieved differently. if you are using windows authentication, then the email address is retrieve from Active Directory during synchronization. If you are using Laserfiche Repository User to login, then please review this link for further details on additional setup.
